Injection molds

We at ATA KALIP VE PLASTİK SAN. VE TIC. LTD. ŞTİ. have been developing and manufacturing high-quality injection molds for industrial plastics processing for many years. As specialists, we understand the requirements of purchasers and engineers in terms of precision, service life, ease of maintenance and cost-effectiveness. We design each mold so that it can be optimally integrated into the production lines of plastic injection molding machines and enables consistently high part quality.

We support our customers from the concept phase through to production.

We use modern CAD/CAM systems, simulation software for filling and cooling analyses and CNC-supported production technologies. In this way, we ensure that every tool works reliably and meets the required tolerances, even with a high number of shots.

Your manufacturer of individual injection molds tailored to machine and material

As a full-service partner, we develop and manufacture a wide range of injection molds. This ranges from proven standard solutions to highly specialized tools for particularly complex moulds. We take into account both the economical production of small series and the high quantities of large, automated production lines.

Each mold is individually adapted to the respective injection moulding machine to ensure an optimal production process. In addition to machine compatibility, the processed material and the specific geometry of the plastic parts are also incorporated into the design. This results in durable tools that enable maximum precision and efficiency in your production.
Injection molds

Single cavity

The precise basic mold for prototypes and small series

The single mold is the basic variant in toolmaking and only has a single cavity. It is used when maximum precision and flexibility are required. Typical applications are the production of prototypes, functional samples or small series before a series mold with several cavities is designed. For purchasers, this mold means a lower investment, while engineers appreciate the high dimensional accuracy and the possibility for quick design changes.

Machines and materials:

  • For use in standard injection molding machines with low to medium clamping force (20-150 t).
  • Processing of common thermoplastics (PP, ABS, PC, POM) and engineering plastics (PA6, PBT, PEEK).
  • Particularly suitable for parts that are validated in series production or manufactured for initial sample testing.

Technical parameters in detail:

  • Material compatibility: Wide range of thermoplastics, including high-performance plastics.
  • Injection speed and pressure: Easy to regulate as only one cavity is filled.
  • Temperature control: Standard cooling circuits are sufficient.
  • Tolerances : Very tight tolerances can be achieved, ideal for validation and test components.
  • Mold design: Compact design, quickly adaptable for changes.
Request single mold for prototypes and small series

Multi cavity

High productivity through parallel production

The multi-cavity mold is the solution for all applications where large quantities with consistent quality and low unit costs are required. Several identical cavities enable the production of up to 64 parts per cycle. Purchasers benefit from a low part price, engineers from the uniform filling and high process reliability.

Machines and materials:

  • Use in injection molding machines with medium to high clamping force (200-800 t).
  • Processing of mass plastics such as PP, PE, PS and engineering plastics with glass fiber reinforcement.
  • Ideal for automotive parts, electronic components, packaging parts and consumer goods.

Technical parameters in detail:

  • Material compatibility: Wide selection, including reinforced thermoplastics.
  • Injection speed and pressure: Precise balance for uniform cavity filling.
  • Temperature control: Symmetrical cooling channels for uniform cooling.
  • Tolerances: Uniform quality required across all cavities.
  • Mold design: Cavity layout and sprue distribution must be precisely balanced.
Request multiple mold for series production

Combination form (Combination)

Several components in one tool

The combination form allows several different items to be produced in one tool - for example, components of an assembly that are later joined together. This reduces set-up times, bundles process steps and shortens delivery times.

Machines and materials:

  • Use in standard injection molding machines and combined production systems.
  • Processing of common thermoplastics such as PP, ABS, PA and selected high-performance plastics.
  • Ideal for automotive assemblies, housing parts in electronics, clips and brackets.

Technical parameters in detail:

  • Material compatibility: Different plastics can be used in the same mold.
  • Injection pressure: Adjustable depending on cavity.
  • Temperature control: Separate circuits for different component geometries.
  • Tolerances: High precision required despite varying geometries.
  • Mold design: Flexible cavities, combinable sprue channels.
Request combination form for assembly production

Hot runner mold (Hot Runner)

Modern technology for efficient series production

The hot runner mold feeds the plastic directly into the cavity via heated manifolds. This eliminates sprue residue and makes production significantly more economical. Engineers appreciate the ability to produce high-quality visible parts with optimum surface quality.

Machines and materials:

  • For use in precision high-performance injection molding machines with hot runner system.
  • Suitable for PC, PBT, PMMA, PA and highly transparent plastics.
  • Typical applications: Visible parts in the automotive industry, consumer goods, optical components.

Technical parameters in detail:

  • Material compatibility: Engineering plastics and optical materials.
  • Injection speed: Fast and precisely controllable.
  • Temperature control: Precise for each hot runner required.
  • Tolerances: Tight surface requirements for visible parts.
  • Mold design: Heated nozzles and manifolds, no cold sprue.
Request hot runner mold for series production

Cold runner mold

Proven, robust and cost-effective

The cold runner mold works with an unheated sprue distributor. It is a cost-effective solution for standard parts and is particularly suitable for elastomers and rubber parts.

Machines and materials:

  • Use in conventional injection molding machines and rubber injection molding machines.
  • Suitable for PE, PP, PVC, EPDM and other elastomers.
  • Application in seals, rubber components, standard household goods.

Technical parameters in detail:

  • Material compatibility: Thermoplastics and elastomers.
  • Injection pressure: Higher for viscous materials.
  • Temperature control: Standard cooling is sufficient.
  • Tolerances: Sufficient for simple geometries.
  • Mold design: Classic sprue and ejector system.
Request cold runner shape for standard applications

Multi-component mold (two-shot)

One tool - two materials or colors

The multi-component mold(2K mold) is a special tool that processes two materials or colors in one process. This saves assembly steps and opens up new product designs, e.g. for soft-touch handles, decorative components or functional combinations.

Machines and materials:

  • Use in multi-component injection molding machines with rotary table or slider.
  • Materials: Combinations such as PP/TPE, PC/ABS or PMMA/PC.
  • Typical applications: Automotive interiors, medical technology, consumer goods.

Technical parameters in detail:

Material compatibility: Materials must be adhesive and compatible.
Injection speed and pressure: Set separately for each material.
Temperature control: Precise control required for each material.
Tolerances: Tight tolerances required to ensure material bonding.
Mold design: Separate channels, turntable or index plate.
Injection sequence: Exact sequence for perfect adhesion.
Request multi-component mold for hybrid components

Vacuum mold (Vacuum Forming)

Bubble-free results for thin-walled and transparent parts

The vacuum casting mold uses a vacuum system to remove gases and air during injection. This produces bubble-free and highly transparent components with a uniform structure.

Machines and materials:

  • Use in injection molding machines with vacuum support.
  • Materials: Transparent plastics (PMMA, PC, PET) and thin-walled thermoplastics.
  • Typical applications: Medical technology, packaging, optical components.
